Part Time Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.57 - $20.45 per hour plus $6,850+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Those working 20-24 hours per week earn an average of $30,725 per year in total compensation. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
A $2000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in two installments after 90 and 180 days of employment, contingent on staying employed for 12 months. Eligibility requires being hired by AT&T for the listed location(s) by 10/30/2025, and it does not apply to internal employees.
This is a part-time role with schedules between 9am-9pm, including evenings and weekends, during the store’s busiest times. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance, and it requires working on the sales floor in an AT&T store location.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no sales experience is required as training, tools, and coaching are provided. A consultative sales approach, drive, passion for helping people, flexibility, and openness to change in a fast-paced environment are key.
