- Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality to achieve on-time delivery
- Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing similar products, exact quantities, and correct product codes
- Ensures picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged items, freshest selection)
- Correctly documents and labels orders using pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels
- Optimizes tote fill efficiently while maintaining product quality standards
- Balances fulfillment tasks with customer interactions and resolves issues
- Adheres to safety and food hygiene standards: maintains clean work area, cleans spills/debris immediately, ensures clean totes, operates material handling equipment safely with pre-inspection checks
- Exhibits behaviors supporting the organization’s mission and core values
- Participates in continuous improvement by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality
