Responsibilities

  • Leverage product knowledge to actively sell and style products and offer fit advice
  • Introduce and educate customers about the brand’s mission, values, and ethos
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset when working with customers

  • Be flexible through shifts to work in multiple zones while effectively communicating with the team
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Keep the store clean and tidy and maintain store presentation
  • Process, organize, and prepare inventory
  • Restock sales floor throughout the day
  • Use curiosity to gain strong customer understanding and deliver customer-centric solutions that exceed expectations
  • Take on opportunities and challenges with urgency and high energy, showing pride in work and owning performance
  • Foster emotional and social connection within the store environment and community, recognizing value in different perspectives
