Responsibilities

  • Preparing regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for executive leadership
  • Cultivating and maintaining solid relationships with Channel Partners, Global/Regional Integrators, and key stakeholders
  • Working across the EMEA region, leveraging your network to establish new business opportunities
  • Coordinating and motivating cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational objectives
  • Demonstrating deep knowledge of the full Zoom platform with a specific focus on Contact Center and UCaaS solutions
  • Articulating compelling value propositions and addressing customer pain points effectively
  • Staying informed of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and customer insights
  • Collaborating with marketing, product management, and other internal teams
