  • Must be available to all shifts (1st: M-F 7a-3:30p, 2nd: M-F 3p-11:30a, 3rd: S-Th 11p-7:30a)
  • Must be able to paint according to specifications
  • Responsible for keeping the equipment in good operating order
  • Responsible for acceptable quality of painted parts

Responsibilities

  • Paints according to specifications; adjusts equipment to produce even paint or silk-screen application
  • Works steady speed when operating paint booth to maintain smooth flow of parts through booth
  • Cleans painting equipment and surrounding area; cleans paint booths, equipment, and area in paint department
  • Periodically repairs minor damaged painting equipment
  • Prepares parts for painting
