Requirements

  • Paint experience
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive operations
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Top candidates will also have:
  • Prior pre-treat exposure/training
  • Knowledge or experience working with water system, wastewater, manufacturing or mechanical equipment
  • Knowledge or experience in the following areas: plumbing, pump repair, plant operations or maintenance
  • Perform calibrations and validations of sensors including pH and conductivity meters
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Paint Pre-treatment and Wastewater process
  • Neutralizing mixed acids coming from manufacturing process for discharge permits
  • Working on ultra-pure water generation equipment including pre-treatment equipment, reverse osmosis to supply ultra-pure water for manufacturing processes
  • Recovering and recycling process waste using multimedia and carbon filters along with reverse osmosis systems to meet sustainability goals
