Requirements

Responsibilities

The Packet Core and IMS Operations Lead will establish and operate the Fault Management Practice for IMS and Packet Core. They will also establish and operate Preventative Maintenance, design and implement the Change Management Process, and institute industry-leading Performance Monitoring and Capacity Management. Additionally, they will manage Release and Deployment for IMS and Packet Core and support integrations by designing and building integration processes.
