Requirements

  • Experience in packaging development and design
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative packaging components and solutions, including tools and equipment used in production
  • Meet the requirements of clients from within and outside of the organization, providing expert consultation on packaging solutions
  • Develop multidimensional packaging concept visualizations, prototyping, and specifications of packaging materials in the system
  • Produce detailed construction drawings for the internal tool shop and external manufacturers of packaging components
  • Proactively collaborate with internal customers from various departments, including customer service, tool shop & engineering, primary and secondary packaging, production, procurement, QA/QC, and distribution
  • Coordinate and perform packaging development activities between suppliers and ThermoFisher
  • Ensure all packaging-related activities are performed in accordance with cGMP regulations
  • Present packaging solutions and concepts to internal and external customers
  • Collect, handle, and coordinate all necessary information according to project requirements
