Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM (SAP Extended Warehouse Management)
Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in SAP Extended Warehouse Management
15 years of full-time education
Proficiency in SAP EWM (Must Have)
Extensive experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management
Good to have: Experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management), SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP PP, SAP QM
Good to have: Experience in SAP WM/EWM Migration projects
Good to have: Experience with SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP ABAP Development
Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices
Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of software development methodologies
Experience with system integration and configuration
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving within software systems
Strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Lead the design, development, migration, and implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, including security and data privacy requirements
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability
Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance
