Experience working with groups through formal or informal leadership positions
Driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to deliver strong results consistently
Confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences
Able to use analytical ability to derive insights from data for business or organizational decisions
Strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow professionally
Take initiative and show flexibility
Legally eligible to work in the Philippines

Responsibilities

Work on a live business project that you own, lead, and deliver
Gain full experience of being a P&G employee in the Manila Information Technology organization
Interact daily in a global work environment with P&Gers from various backgrounds, nationalities, and markets
Improve marketing knowledge and management abilities through continuous coaching and mentorship
Communicate work to P&G senior executives during midpoint and final presentations
Develop new approaches to big problems using curiosity, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and leadership
