  • Able to commit to full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day)
  • Current university student, preferably with less than one-two years to graduate (top talent)
  • Strong partnership, analytical skills, and problem-solving or solutions-oriented mindset, especially with issues
  • Experience working with groups through formal or informal leadership positions
  • Driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to deliver strong results consistently
  • Confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences
  • Able to use analytical ability to derive insights from data for business or organizational decisions
  • Strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow professionally
  • Take initiative and show flexibility
  • Legally eligible to work in the Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Work on a live business project that you own, lead, and deliver
  • Gain full experience of being a P&G employee in the Manila Information Technology organization
  • Interact daily in a global work environment with P&Gers from various backgrounds, nationalities, and markets
  • Improve marketing knowledge and management abilities through continuous coaching and mentorship
  • Communicate work to P&G senior executives during midpoint and final presentations
  • Develop new approaches to big problems using curiosity, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and leadership
