Responsibilities

Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food in the club
Ensure all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked
Maintain display signage for all products, create labels, and apply merchandise sales tags
Ensure all product labels and price tags are clear and visible
Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain the club neat, clean, and organized
Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club
Deliver service excellence, resolve and de-escalate member concerns
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including stocking all items, executing promotional plans, maintaining visible accurate signage, and keeping clean and organized inside and out
