Knowledge of inventory count processes and procedures
Understanding of salvage, donation, vendor return, reverse logistics, hazardous waste, and destroy procedures
Ability to work cross-functionally with departments and in tandem with inventory control team members

Responsibilities
Serve as support to the Asset Protection Supervisor to maintain workflow and count processes
Operate a forklift to conduct, organize, and validate inventory counts
Sort damaged and RTV (Return to Vendor) merchandise
Reduce salvage and obtain return authorizations from vendors
Re-wrap sellable merchandise
Process damaged or defective merchandise following appropriate procedures (salvage, donation, vendor return, reverse logistics, hazardous waste, destroy)
Process vendor chargebacks, package, and ship merchandise returns based on vendor policies
Track, plan, coordinate, and execute department inventory counts and control count cycles within assigned deadlines
Follow count processes and procedures accurately
Provide prompt and courteous service to members
Maintain high standards of safety, service, and sanitation
Work with speed and accuracy to facilitate organized processes
Work proactively with department teams on inventory control tasks
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, ensure safe environment, embrace inclusion, and deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Maintain club standards including stocking, promotional execution, signage, cleanliness, and organization
