Design and engineer fiber optic outside plant telecommunications networks
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess potential locations for fiber optic cable deployment
Prepare detailed engineering specifications, drawings, and documentation for projects
Analyze network performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and reliability
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Work closely with project stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for outside plant issues
Maintain accurate records of network assets and infrastructure changes
Perform straightforward network architecture assignments under moderate direction
Support planning, researching, evaluating, designing, and developing network systems
Participate in configuration, installation, and performance analysis of networks
