Requirements
Existing Change Management experience
Knowledge and experience with common Change Management methods and approaches
Strong communication skills and team player mindset
Proficiency in German and English; additional languages advantageous in international environment
Practical experience in Change Management projects, ideally in large multinational projects within a consulting context (e.g., management consulting, in-house consulting) focused on IT-driven change
Experience in one or more of the following: Agile ways of working and methods; training and coaching; practical work in one or more industries; creating and presenting consulting offers; independent work in a matrix team structure
Responsibilities
Independently and proactively lead Change Management work packages in client projects
Collaborate closely with colleagues and client stakeholders
Represent work results to clients and sponsors
Support the continuous development of Change Management methodologies
Participate in sales and business development activities
