Experience in the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) sector
Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with internal industry account leads and sales teams
Track record of successful business development, including pipeline management and RFP/proposal creation
Experience in Digital Transformation
Responsibilities
Lead and manage change management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects
Continuously strengthen and develop the OCM community (market positioning, service development, project and team management, positioning of best practices and innovative topics)
Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, sales presentations, and contract negotiations
Lead, build, and drive go-to-market strategies by anticipating market needs and developing new firm-wide solutions
Design, develop, and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans
Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on C-level
Identify and convert sales opportunities
Play an advisory role to client leaders in the FSI Sector
Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements
Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property, and new tool development
