Requirements

Ability to read and communicate in English (for trainings, conversations, safety coaching, reading labels, and entering reports)
Able to work 8+ hour day shifts (starting 8am or 11am), Sunday-Friday availability (Saturdays off), work until finished; occasional weekends and holidays required
Comfortable working in multi-temperature environment (-5°F to over 100°F)
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20-80+ lbs. repetitively and move 1,000+ cases per shift
Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction)
Experience selecting large-scale orders in warehouse or distribution center preferred
Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately select customer orders
Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy
Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jack
Carefully move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment
Validate correct product selection and ensure damage-free
Efficiently deliver products to correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders
Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots, and return pallet jacks to charging area
