Responsibilities
Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list
Utilize handheld scanner (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment, including expired or short-dated items on pick list
Communicate with club team when merchandise needs replenishment
Work with team to pull merchandise from reserve area when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment
Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators
Support flawless execution and accountability
Address member concerns and escalate as appropriate
Deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look
Maintain clean and organized environment in OMNI Space per gold and safety standards
