Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) as an Oracle Techno Functional Consultant with a strong grasp of both functional and technical aspects of Oracle applications
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Applications, particularly in modules like Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM
  • Strong PL/SQL and SQL programming skills, with the ability to create reports and interfaces
  • Familiarity with Oracle tools such as ADF, OBIEE, or BI Publisher is advantageous
  • Experience with implementation, upgrade, and migration projects of Oracle applications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing expert guidance on Oracle applications
  • Configure and customize Oracle modules to align with client needs, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Develop technical solutions including reports, integrations, and data migrations using PL/SQL and Oracle tools
  • Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Assist in training sessions for end-users, providing them with the skills necessary to utilize Oracle applications effectively
  • Create thorough documentation covering technical solutions, processes, and user manuals for reference and training purposes
