Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
  • Implementation and/or support knowledge of Oracle release R12 version of Oracle SCM modules
  • Ability to write and execute SQL Queries for analysis of issues
  • High level flow and knowledge of Purchasing, Finance and Operations, Cost Management is preferred
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States (position not eligible for employment sponsorship)
  • Ability to work four (4) 10-hour days; Friday - Monday fully onsite in US-AZ-Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities

  • Provides production support, techno-functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems
  • Supports across modules or systems
  • Serves as a liaison between technical development team and the business to manage the development of system enhancements, upgrades, system modifications
  • Handles day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution
  • Supports internal clients with the Oracle ERP Suite
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
  • Serves as a resource for best practices/quality
