Requirements

5+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
Implementation and/or support knowledge of Oracle release R12 version of Oracle SCM modules
Ability to write and execute SQL Queries for analysis of issues
High level flow and knowledge of Purchasing, Finance and Operations, Cost Management is preferred
Permanent work authorization in the United States (position not eligible for employment sponsorship)
Ability to work four (4) 10-hour days; Friday - Monday fully onsite in US-AZ-Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities

Provides production support, techno-functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems
Supports across modules or systems
Serves as a liaison between technical development team and the business to manage the development of system enhancements, upgrades, system modifications
Handles day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution
Supports internal clients with the Oracle ERP Suite
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
Serves as a resource for best practices/quality
