Requirements

  • Proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Punctuality
  • User-level IT knowledge
  • Physical ability to engage in forceful effort during lifting and cleaning tasks
  • Ability to work in an environment with exposure to noise, heat, and moving equipment parts
  • Ability to perform tasks in various positions, including bending, stair climbing, and repetitive work
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards and Cleanroom protocols (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc.)
  • Ability to wear protective clothing such as shoes, gloves, face masks, and hairnets

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with 25-30 dedicated operators in one of the following departments:
  • Gelatine/Medicine: Pre-weighing raw materials or preparing batches
  • Encapsulation: Forming and spreading Softgel Capsules or dispensing
  • Post Production: Inspecting or packaging Softgel Capsules
  • Execute manufacturing processes for Softgel Capsules with flawless execution
