Requirements

Proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken
Punctuality
User-level IT knowledge
Physical ability to engage in forceful effort during lifting and cleaning tasks
Ability to work in an environment with exposure to noise, heat, and moving equipment parts
Ability to perform tasks in various positions, including bending, stair climbing, and repetitive work
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards and Cleanroom protocols (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc.)
Ability to wear protective clothing such as shoes, gloves, face masks, and hairnets

Responsibilities

Collaborate with 25-30 dedicated operators in one of the following departments:
Gelatine/Medicine: Pre-weighing raw materials or preparing batches
Encapsulation: Forming and spreading Softgel Capsules or dispensing
Post Production: Inspecting or packaging Softgel Capsules
Execute manufacturing processes for Softgel Capsules with flawless execution
