Responsibilities

Provide oversight for implementation, scheduling and delivery of Lilly Fire Rescue training programs
Complete assessment of current LFR training curriculums
Coordinate, manage and implement continuing education and training programs to meet the needs of the business area
Coordinate with Lilly L&D business partners for program development
Assess and review current LFR policies and procedures for continuous improvement
Maintain policies and procedures to fit the needs of the business area
Develop and oversee implementation of LFD EMS quality assurance program for run response and run reporting
Support the execution of the on-site emergency preparedness and response plan
