Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight for implementation, scheduling and delivery of Lilly Fire Rescue training programs
  • Complete assessment of current LFR training curriculums
  • Coordinate, manage and implement continuing education and training programs to meet the needs of the business area
  • Coordinate with Lilly L&D business partners for program development
  • Assess and review current LFR policies and procedures for continuous improvement
  • Maintain policies and procedures to fit the needs of the business area
  • Develop and oversee implementation of LFD EMS quality assurance program for run response and run reporting
  • Support the execution of the on-site emergency preparedness and response plan
