Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Parenteral (PAR) Operator, the individual will be responsible for expertly running the aseptic filling process, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and collaborating with other teams to ensure continuous supply of medicines. They will also participate in start-up activities during the campus build phase, educate team members on facility operations, and maintain a safe work environment while upholding safety first and quality always standards. Furthermore, they will support capacity plans, develop team capabilities, and potentially progress into leadership and technical roles.
