Requirements include junior high school education or above, age 18-38, naked eye vision 0.8 or above (or corrected vision 1.2), height 155cm-178cm, no color blindness or strabismus, ability to adapt to electrostatic workshops, assembly line or independent operations, 12-hour rotating shifts and standing work, overtime cooperation, electronic or plastic factory experience preferred, no pure left-handed operation, basic English skills, clear pronunciation without strong accent, and no obvious tattoos.
