Responsibilities

The Operations Quality Manager will lead the implementation of the Global Quality Operations Strategy, supporting quality planning for customer demand and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for product launches. They will champion a quality culture through coaching and mentoring, drive process excellence by supporting standard work in areas like APQP, First Article Inspection (FAI), and Process Failure Modes Effects and Analysis (PFMEA), and assist teams with data analysis and advanced problem-solving techniques to identify and address issues proactively.
