Requirements

  • PMP certification required

Responsibilities

  • Act as the owner of assigned projects for internal stakeholders, responsible for E2E project implementation
  • Organize, plan, coordinate, and facilitate execution of projects/programs from Operations across different areas and countries in LATAM or outside
  • Develop efficient tactics to address issues/roadblocks
  • Oversee progress of tasks and work streams to ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Be demanding and attentive to details, evaluate standards of excellence, identify faults, and make timely decisions
  • Based on agreed scope, plan projects including milestones, tasks, and assigned responsibilities in liaison with project team and stakeholders
  • Communicate agreed project plans to all relevant parties and report deviations during execution
  • Coordinate project team throughout the project life, liaise with resource managers on roles, performance, and workload to ensure adequate resources for deadlines
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, ensure awareness among stakeholders/team, and take actions to minimize risks and resolve issues
  • Ensure process change management for proper handover to BAU
  • Identify and implement additional procedures/processes required for successful project delivery
  • Manage all project/program documentation (plans, risk/issue logs, status reports), keep updated and readily available
  • At project end, lead evaluation discussions, document lessons learned
