Responsibilities

Maintain a portfolio of projects for a specific area of the business, keeping data relevant with status updates, adjusting priorities, and ensuring real-time updates
Manage PMO Metrics and Reporting for supported organizations
Prepare and facilitate Monthly Management Reviews: communicate requirements to project teams, collect and consolidate materials, follow up on overdue items, and deliver materials for management deliverables
Conduct PMO check-ins with matrixed project managers regarding adherence to PMO methodology and practices, report findings in consolidated format, and recommend areas for additional education
Lead PMO Cross-Functional / Special Projects, facilitating cross-functional process projects as the PMO grows
Act as project leader for prioritized smaller sustaining projects: serve as key point of contact for project activities
Lead, manage, coordinate, and report on multiple projects
Assemble and drive cross-functional project teams, identify resources needed, and develop detailed project plans and schedules for on-time completion
Communicate frequently with team members and senior business stakeholders on project status, identify and resolve problems, issues, and risks
Initiate actions to resolve project problems/issues, report on mitigating steps, and ensure timely deliverables, project success, and quality
Provide weekly status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans, and issues to project team members and senior management
Develop and promote best practice process and/or methodology improvements and efficiencies across the organization
Cultivate inter-departmental relationships with all stakeholders
Assemble and drive large cross-functional project teams, identify required resources, and develop detailed cross-functional project plans ensuring on-time completion, launch, technical components, and business readiness activities
