Interest in developing operations leadership skills within Target's supply chain facility

Responsibilities

Work closely with managers and team members to understand Target’s supply chain operations
Lead and support execution of daily operations alongside team members
Learn to lead, motivate, and influence a team, including leading a department
Collaborate with a Mentor to dive into effective department leadership and explore business areas/functions
Problem solve, conduct real-time observations, and drive results while prioritizing safety and productivity
Step into leading Mentor's work center with guidance
Participate in ongoing developmental conversations and extensive training
Build and manage team culture across the building
Develop problem solving and change management skills
Gain knowledge of retail business fundamentals
Set and plan department daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and manage team to deliver goals
Manage a team of hourly team members and create business strategies and goals
Gain knowledge of departments within the facility
