Responsibilities

Lead and support the execution of daily operations by working beside team members
Learn to lead, motivate, and influence a team, including leading a department
Conduct real-time observations and problem solve to drive results
Step into leading Mentor's work center with guidance
Build and manage team culture across the building
Develop problem solving and change management skills
Gain knowledge of retail business fundamentals and supply chain operations
Set and plan department daily/weekly workload to support business priorities
Manage a team of hourly team members and create business strategies and goals
Participate in ongoing developmental conversations and extensive training
