Requirements

  • 15-18 years of experience with proven expertise in AI initiatives and operations
  • Strong knowledge of finance and financial impact analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze available data and develop reports and dashboards to support leadership in timely and effective decision making
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent technical expertise
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with different stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive action plans for delivering specified objectives
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Expert level proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Familiarity with AI governance and ethical AI practices
  • Exposure to enterprise-level AI deployments and integrations

Responsibilities

  • Define adoption KPIs and metrics in collaboration with practice leaders, define corresponding dashboards and tracking mechanisms, and put monitoring in place
  • Convert defined metrics into financial impacts in collaboration with Finance and Management teams, and align with budgets and targets
  • Drive adoption of AI tooling through focused campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal Learning & Development teams to curate learning courses, certifications, and learning paths
  • Evaluate AI initiatives using cost vs. benefit analysis and track expected ROI indicators
  • Optimize operating and capital costs to maximize ROI for AI tooling
  • Present findings clearly and accurately to stakeholders across functional and technical domains, including finance teams
