Requirements

15-18 years of experience with proven expertise in AI initiatives and operations
Strong knowledge of finance and financial impact analysis
Strong analytical skills to analyze available data and develop reports and dashboards to support leadership in timely and effective decision making
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent technical expertise
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately
Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with different stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive action plans for delivering specified objectives
Preferred Qualifications
Expert level proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Familiarity with AI governance and ethical AI practices
Exposure to enterprise-level AI deployments and integrations

Responsibilities

Define adoption KPIs and metrics in collaboration with practice leaders, define corresponding dashboards and tracking mechanisms, and put monitoring in place
Convert defined metrics into financial impacts in collaboration with Finance and Management teams, and align with budgets and targets
Drive adoption of AI tooling through focused campaigns and initiatives
Collaborate with internal Learning & Development teams to curate learning courses, certifications, and learning paths
Evaluate AI initiatives using cost vs. benefit analysis and track expected ROI indicators
Optimize operating and capital costs to maximize ROI for AI tooling
Present findings clearly and accurately to stakeholders across functional and technical domains, including finance teams
