Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure
Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure (Must Have skill)
15 years full time education
Good to have: Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices
Experience with automation tools for deployment and configuration management
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Engage in proactive maintenance and optimization of cloud infrastructure
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance system performance
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
