Minimum 8 to 10 total years of experience
15 years full time education (BE / Btech)
Must have skills: Microsoft Intune
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, mobile platforms
Understanding of networking, identity management, and cybersecurity principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Intune Admin Center, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Endpoint Manager, PowerShell scripting

Responsibilities

Enroll and manage devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) into Intune
Configure device compliance policies to ensure security standards are met
Monitor device health and take action on non-compliant devices
Add, assign, and manage applications across user devices
Configure app protection policies to safeguard corporate data
Handle app updates and removals remotely
Use Conditional Access to control access to resources based on device compliance
Use Intune’s reporting tools to track device compliance, app deployment status, and user activity
Generate audit logs and reports for security and operational reviews
Support operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a proactive approach to system management
