Requirements

2-5 years of project management in a fast-paced tech environment (preferred) or previous experience with program management in a customer support organization
Strong understanding of project management principles (e.g., Gantt charts, RAPID/RACI frameworks, communication frameworks)
Ability to structure project plans, identify gaps in advance, and recommend solutions to improve project delivery
Collaborative by nature, with a focus on camaraderie, group wins, and being a steadfast partner and source of encouragement
Previous experience with JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or other project management tools (preferred, but capability prioritized)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain project plans to track key deliverables across Customer Operations and Shared Services teams (WFM, Inbound Sales, Customer Support, and other enablement teams)
Research, plan, and scope overall deliverables, working closely with key leaders to measure success of implementations
Design and execute communication frameworks for key projects, tailored to varying implementation types (small team vs. multi-team impacts)
Own post-project wrap-up processes to ensure KPIs are met and maintenance protocols are in place for long-term success
Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Technology, Insurance Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure stellar operational performance and service while scaling
Guide the team on project management best practices and introduce new tools to better track and communicate project statuses (as the first project manager)
