Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; STEM or analytical background preferred
- 1-4 years of full-time professional experience
- Exposure to insurance, operations, or data analysis preferred
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with commitment to data integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience with Python, RStudio, or other coding tools is a plus
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance third party platform as a product owner; act as a product liaison, build product as needed, and troubleshoot technical issues and manage pool mailbox
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
- Support compliance-related products, including state filings, document management, and audit requests
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation, and reduce operational risk or manual touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product, compliance, and system integration
- Assist with developing and maintaining Standard Operating procedures for recurring processes
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and special products assigned
