Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance third party platform as a product owner; act as a product liaison, build product as needed, and troubleshoot technical issues and manage pool mailbox
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
  • Support compliance-related products, including state filings, document management, and audit requests
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation, and reduce operational risk or manual touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product, compliance, and system integration
  • Assist with developing and maintaining Standard Operating procedures for recurring processes
  • Participate in ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and special products assigned
