Requirements

  • 3rd or Final Year in undergraduate degree course from a recognized University (locally or overseas)
  • Science or engineering related background
  • Intellectual ability and agility required for the role
  • Enthusiasm in working in area of continuous improvement
  • Effective written, oral and presentation skills. English language is required
  • Ability to work independently and present ideas convincingly
  • Problem solving, proactive / analytical thinking and computer skills
  • Available for attachment period of more than 6 months (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Undertake mini projects as part of a larger project in areas of HAPS deployment as well as site performance improvement related initiatives, as advised by Site CI lead or OPEX specialists
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to gather input, track progress, and support implementation of initiatives
  • Monitor and follow up on improvement actions to ensure sustainability of changes
  • Participate in daily direction setting (DDS) meeting, to identify improvement opportunities in production area
  • Support OPEX team in project governance and be subject matter expert in HAPS
  • Support the preparation and execution of HAPS related governance meetings and councils
  • Assist in analyzing performance metrics (OEE, productivity, waste, cost, etc.) to highlight improvement opportunities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update HAPS related materials
