Previous working experience in a pharmaceutical production plant
Ability in problem-solving and decision-making techniques
Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures, focusing on identifying root cause and effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPA)
Collaborate with other Department Leaders to provide quick support, evaluate impact, solve issues, detail them accurately, and identify appropriate corrective actions
Challenge the status quo through in-depth use of data from available systems to perform holistic analyses during investigations for end-to-end understanding of shop-floor issues
Support the Operations group to ensure quality culture is integral to the systematic approach to processes
Ensure implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through KPI monitoring to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance issues
Contribute to the definition and implementation of procedures and flows arising from corrective/preventive actions in investigations
