Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s in engineering or related disciplines (Only for graduates of 2023 to 2024)
Interest in pursuing a career in Operations – Engineering, Supply Chain, Plant Quality, etc
Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities
Capacity to apply skills and knowledge to address operational challenges and add value to the business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Eager to learn and has the flexibility and willingness to work on different projects
Operations related internship experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities

Engage in three critical career experiences over 3 years through 3 different assignments (12 months each) in different divisions or functional areas of Technical, Supervisory, and Operations Excellence
Participate in rotation opportunities in Engineering, Supply Chain Planning/Material Management, Project Management, Plant Quality, Operation Excellence, etc
Complete the final year with an international rotation (overseas)
