Responsibilities

Team Members / Baristas
Craft and serve specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso and coffee
Prepare food items
Provide warm, Italian-style hospitality and exceptional guest service
Rotate across front- and back-of-house stations
Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge
Customer Service Associates
Engage with guests to provide warm, Italian-style hospitality
Assist with inquiries
Ensure a welcoming environment
Line/Prep Cooks
Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients for recipes
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness

Support day-to-day operations of the caffè
