Ability to act as the intersection between customers, IT development, vendors, and revenue teams
Experience managing the full product life cycle, including market research, identifying trends, and recommending new product opportunities
Skills in defining product strategy and key product features in collaboration with technology teams
Capability to conduct ongoing analysis of product commercialization and performance
Proficiency in building strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers/partners
Knowledge to ensure platforms support company strategy, goals, and scheme/regulatory compliance
Strategic thinking about product development to represent existing and future customer needs
Passion for user experience and acting as the voice of the customer
Expertise in research techniques: customer visits, interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, brainstorming, use cases, and prototyping
Understanding of the competitive landscape in payments and payment-related industries, using data and insights to drive solutions
Responsibilities
Enable new payment products and features for various customer types and scenarios (e.g., Direct SME, ISV Integrated Merchants)
Work across multiple legacy systems and product brands to deliver consistent customer experience and optimized processes that accelerate time to revenue
Provide product strategy and thought leadership
Determine what products and features to build using techniques like customer visits, interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, brainstorming, use cases, and prototyping
