Responsibilities

  • Enable new payment products and features for various customer types and scenarios (e.g., Direct SME, ISV Integrated Merchants)
  • Work across multiple legacy systems and product brands to deliver consistent customer experience and optimized processes that accelerate time to revenue
  • Provide product strategy and thought leadership
  • Determine what products and features to build using techniques like customer visits, interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, brainstorming, use cases, and prototyping
