The Onboarding Operations Specialist will manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring compliance and a seamless documentation process, including verification and preparation of employment packages. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the onboarding experience, addressing employee queries, and collaborating with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams. Responsibilities also include continuously improving the onboarding experience, managing and maintaining employee data for accuracy, security, and compliance, and updating knowledge and content resources.
