Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate style- and color-level forecasts, combining statistical modeling and business input
  • Build monthly demand forecasts to inform finished goods flow and production schedules
  • Translate demand signals into supply plans while considering capacity constraints and production timelines
  • Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand, inventory, and revenue goals
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and supply performance, and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
  • Define and execute inventory management strategies across European warehouses, ensuring optimal stock allocation by channel
  • Design and enhance Power BI dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Present insights and scenarios to influence assortment and production decisions with key business partners
  • Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to evolve tools, KPIs, and planning processes
