Preference for candidates pursuing a Masters or PhD degree
Majors in Immunology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, or Bioinformatics preferred
Experience with computational/data science and immunology/animal health preferable
Proficient in MS Office applications
Organized, self-starter, able to take direction
Good written and oral communication skills, presentation skills
Recommended experience in immunology, cell biology, GraphPad, IPA, JMP, R/Python, and Excel

Assist in data collation, including metadata generation
Perform data mining using internal tools and internal/external resources
Integrate clinical data with ‘omic datasets (metabolomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) to support bovine and porcine gut health projects
Identify biomarkers associated with clinical dysfunction, aiding in understanding baseline and developmental changes
Contribute to the mechanistic understanding of disease progression and severity
Create visuals and presentations for team meetings
