Requirements

  • Ability to monitor the Development inbox daily and maintain an “inbox zero” practice

  • Proficiency in sending mass communications and managing mailing lists through EveryAction
  • Ability to manage failed payments, coordinate refunds, and track resolutions
  • Experience entering and maintaining accurate data in EveryAction and Salesforce
  • Skills in storing and tracking key documentation (donation confirmations, acknowledgments, financial/legal records)
  • Capability to support data cleanup and reporting projects
  • Experience managing and cultivating a portfolio of market-level donors ($500–$999), including developing and executing strategies for identification, solicitation, and stewardship
  • Ability to collaborate with Development, Programs, and other teams

Responsibilities

  • Send mass communications and manage mailing lists through EveryAction
  • Manage failed payments, coordinate refunds, and track follow-up and resolution
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in EveryAction and Salesforce to ensure complete and up-to-date donor records
