Requirements

DAE or Equivalent Technical Education after Matriculation in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics
1.5 years of experience in production technical processes and flow in healthcare consumer/pharma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Perform and confirm daily operational set-up on assigned line/work center/manufacturing suite as per SOPs and GMP/EHS standards
Operate equipment and perform all steps of line clearance and product changeover according to the production plan
Participate in Tier-1 performance meetings and track KPIs on the hourly board
Perform autonomous maintenance of assigned line/equipment, including troubleshooting and technical upkeep
Maintain 5S standards in the assigned zone; ensure equipment/area cleaning and GMP hygiene
Comply with GMP, Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety policies, guidelines, and legal requirements
Complete real-time and accurate batch documentation and GMP records following data integrity principles
Report all quality/safety deviations, incidents, and near misses promptly; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
Identify opportunities to reduce quality defects, production breakdowns, and waste (hazardous & non-hazardous)
Handle any additional responsibilities as assigned by business needs
Operation of assigned line/manufacturing suite/work center or production equipment including ancillaries with implementation of safety, Quality SOPs, Operator standard works and instructions, and deliver targeted production output as per schedule in shift operations on 6 days
