Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of related experience preferred
Strong customer service skills; personable, team-oriented, and adaptable
Good PC skills and ability to operate office machines and technical equipment
Strong organizational, prioritization, mathematical, and filing skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, and lift/move up to 50–55 lbs.; ability to push/pull equipment up to 700 lbs. for servicing
Ability to work in an office environment with varied tasks
Valid driver’s license may be required
Ability to travel between designated locations as needed
Use MS Office, email, file transfer protocols, and document management systems

Responsibilities

Operate high-volume copiers, duplicating equipment, document imaging systems, and related software
Perform copying, scanning, binding, finishing, QC checks, and basic copier maintenance (clearing jams, reporting issues)
Conduct daily mail runs, package deliveries, shipping/receiving tasks, and apply postage as needed
Log and track packages using a company-provided device/app
Distribute office supplies, mail, fax transmissions, and copy paper to designated locations
Maintain inventories, meter logs, service logs, and management reporting records
Calculate charges for completed jobs and maintain billing logs
Respond to and coordinate service calls
Perform filing, purging, and archiving tasks
Deliver completed jobs inside and outside the site; may travel between buildings
Support meeting and event set-up (moving tables, chairs, whiteboards)
Perform building occupant moves, re-lamping, and light maintenance when assigned
Maintain clean and stocked copier and work areas
Use bindery and finishing equipment such as paper cutters, hole drillers, joggers, shrink-wrap machine, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, and postage meters
Perform occasional cleaning duties and periodic overtime, including potential off-hour emergency response
Shift between locations when required (never mid-shift)
