Responsibilities

  • Support fee earners, PAs, secretaries and other business support departments as required
  • Provide a defined administrative service, following standard operating procedures
  • Deliver an exceptional electronic and hard copy file management service
  • Sort, scan, rename, distribute incoming mail to the dedicated centralised filing area
  • Manage outgoing mail, collate hard copy enclosures and obtain approval
  • Provide photocopying, scanning, and printing as per customer instructions
  • Handle original documents, such as wills and deeds
  • Prepare engrossed and certified copies of original documents
  • Prepare electronic bundles for the Courts
  • Raise queries and concerns with designated individuals, as required
  • Maintain all filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner
