Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive in-home wellness and independence evaluations for older adults
- Conduct home safety and aging-in-place assessments
- Perform strength and mobility check-ups
- Review daily self-care and home-management
- Conduct screenings for functional fitness and endurance
- Support clients through lifestyle, habit, and meaningful activity reviews
- Perform emotional well-being and quality-of-life check-ins
- Guide clients with personalized lifestyle and wellness consultations to help them maintain independence and thrive at home
