Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They must have experience deploying and operating Kubernetes and at least 3 years in a technical support, technical account management, consulting, SE, or Professional Services role within the technology industry. Strong understanding of observability solutions, with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki being a plus, is required. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, is also necessary.
The Observability Architect will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, designing and guiding their observability maturity journey. Responsibilities include providing expert troubleshooting, assisting with implementation and optimization, conducting technical reviews, and participating in customer onboarding and activation. The role involves advising clients on best practices, developing technical roadmaps, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and expansion, and acting as the customer's voice within the company. Additionally, the architect will conduct training, develop technical documentation, and collaborate with account teams on client reviews and reporting.
