Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, for the entire duration of the internship
  • Prior experience or knowledge in programming skills and technologies such as: Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, Perl, Python, SPICE, HSPICE, CMOS, FinFET, Cadence, Synopsys (depending on the internship role)

Responsibilities

  • Work on 12-week full-time projects with measurable impact on NVIDIA's business in Mixed Signal Design or Digital Circuit Design
  • For Mixed Signal Design: Engage in Analog Fundamentals, Analog Simulation (Noise Analysis, Loop Stability Analysis, AC/DC/Transient Analysis, Monte-Carlo, etc.), Layout and Physical Design Fundamentals, CMOS Analog Circuit Design (especially in FinFET), High-Speed Circuit Design, Serial Communication Standards (PLL, DAC, ADC, Bandgaps), and use Lab Testing Equipment (Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers)
  • For Digital Circuit Design: Engage in Digital Circuit Design and Device Fundamentals, Place and Route Design Tools, Datapath Tiling Techniques, SPICE Simulations, crafting Flip Flops, Level Shifters, Math Cells, Register Files, Automation Methods, Algorithm and Power Distribution, Power Management Circuits/Solutions, and EDA Tools (Cadence, Synopsys)
