Candidates need a Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate, an active non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner license, active DEA license, and national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, or Gerontological Nurse Practitioner.
The Nurse Practitioner reports to the Center Medical Director and works closely with operational leadership, care team including physicians, nurse practitioners or physician assistants, medical assistants, dedicated medical scribe, registered nurses, and care managers.
