Candidates must have a Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate, an active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner license, an active DEA license, and US Work Authorization.
The role is part of a collaborative care team including a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, medical assistants, a dedicated medical scribe, and support from registered nurses and care managers, with partnerships to a network of elite specialists and hospitals.
A strong candidate will have the required education such as a Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice, active NP and DEA licenses, and experience in primary care, care coordination, and building patient relationships in a team-based environment.
